Fitness play an important role in our life in order to ensure proper functioning of our body. To keep ourselves protected from various diseases and especially from this pandemic situation we need to keep our body fit and fine . 

So let's talk how we can keep our body fit and operatively so here are some points:

1: Food in our diet

The first thing about where fitness begins is food. We should be eating nutritious food and healthy not in only quantity but also quality. Food rich in proteins, vitamins, minerals and carbohydrates is very essential for our body. Protein is essential for the growth and maintenance of the body. Carbohydrates provide the energy needed to perform various functions and activities. Vitamins and minerals help build bones and strengthen our immune system to work effectively.

Food

Food in our balance diet includes vegetables, fruits, pluses and legumes in daily diet. One must have a three-course meal and snacks in our diet. Healthy food habit prevents various diseases and infection. Reducing the amount of fat in the diet helps in body function's in nearby future also.

2: Exercise on daily basis

Regular exercise helps improve the strength of our muscles and organs to operate properly. Exercise helps provide a good supply of oxygen and blood flow throughout the body. Our bones are strong and joints needs to be flexible by keeping ourselves fit.

We should devote at least half an hour to our exercise every day. Our fitness level improved by taking a morning walk and yoga everyday. Exercise burns our fats and controls the cholesterol level in the body and ensures proper nutrition value and pulse rate. Various types of outdoor sports such as cricket, football, volleyball, basketball, tennis etc they keep our body fit. 

3: Meditation and yoga

Meditation and yoga are part of our life from ancient time and millions of years ago. They not only make us physically fit but mentally and socially strong as well. Meditation improves our brain knowledge accurate. Our mind gets relaxed and thinking becomes positive and brain also gets relaxed and even more faster.

A healthy mind is key for a healthy body not only in present times but also in future also. Yoga makes us stress and tension's free and improves immune system and brain mentally also. Meditation and yoga both help our body and immunity properly.
