Sometimes we find ourselves overthinking our life and expecting a lot from everybody even ourselves. We are all always in a race to make our life beautiful. There are a few mantra's which will help us improve our living happier and more positive.

Forgiveness

Having a bitter or angry feel for someone will automatically affect your life. Let it go from your heart and you will start feeling light. This will help free you from the control of the person that hurt you. Letting it go will improve your empathy towards people and this will make you happy. Forgive but don't forget so that you don't let them hurt you again.

P.S. Forgive but never Forget.

Attitude towards life

Your attitude is what matters the most. Happy and positive people are likely to succeed in life. Negative people will always have a negative approach towards any situation in life. Every person needs to deal with difficulties in life but the one with a positive approach and a happy mindset will get through any situation.

P.S. Stay positive to make a difference.

Expectations from life

You get what you expect from your life. If you have no expectation from your life you will and get any. But you expect something from life and work hard to get it you will lead to success in life.

P.S. Expecting a little won't hurt.

Have Faith in Yourself

Whatever may be the situation believe in yourself. In this world, only you can believe yourself nobody else can. If you don't have faith in yourself then no one will. Trust your instinct and go ahead.

Learn from your mistakes

Failure is the first step towards success always remember that. Everyone is allowed to do mistakes but the one who success towards a happy life is the one who learns from his mistakes. These mistakes will help you grow into a better person.

Health is wealth

Health is your greatest wealth. No matter how much you succeed in your life if your health is not good you won't be able the celebrate the joy of your success. Eat healthy food, exercise daily and keep yourself hydrated to lead a physically and mentally healthy life.
