"The New You Challenge"-a Challenge To Become Best Version Of Yourself.

Hello everyone!! Happy Independence Day🇮🇳. Today is a really important day for our country. This day transformed our country's destiny and from being slaves we became independent. So, in this special occasion I have come up with something new that is “The new you” challenge. Since only 5  months are left for this year to get over. let's try to utilize them properly to work on ourselves and become better versions of ourselves. Now, let me explain you what this challenge is. 

Let's go

1.Try to find all the bad habits you think you have. Now, take a paper and list them down, actually take a diary or a notebook to list them down. Now, try to think about several ways you can remove each and every bad habit you have. Track your progress every week and cut the names from the list as you see these habits getting vanished. 

2.Learn something

Make a list of minimum 2 and maximum 5 skills and set a goal to master these skills in these 5 months. You can learn anything from learning a new language to solving a Rubik's cube and from painting to dancing. There are a variety of skills you can choose from to learn. 

3.Convert weakness into strength. 

Try to find out a weakness that you would like to convert into a strength. It can be as simple as improving your mathematical skills. Working on weaknesses is really important and converting them into your strengths is the best thing you can do for yourself. 

4.Try to be your own best friend

If you want life you to be your friend then your tuning with yourself is very important thing to consider. Understand yourself, your thoughts, habits, likes, dislikes etc or you can try to write diary everyday. When you are your own best friend, no matter how rough and tough life may become you will be able to rise above the problems.
