Hello friends  I am back with another blog post and we will be continuing our topic that is green skills. We have already covered what are green skills  what is green economy and what are resources and what are natural resources as well as various categories in natural resources. So today will be seeing the other kind of resources which are human made resources and human resources .Human made resources are the resources which are natural resource but were changed into a different form by humans for their use. All skyscrapers ,roads  bridges vehicles or any other things which we use in our day to day life and which are making a life easy are all human made resources are very different from natural resources and these resources can be made again and again. Now let's come to human resources. Human resources is a vast concept you must have studied this in your economics during school times. Human resources are none other than human beings themselves for example you and me are also human resources. Human resources are considered to be the most important resource on this earth because they are the ones which make other natural resources functional as well as they are the creators and inventors of human made- resources  human resources need to be trained and be provided with knowledge and skills in order  to be made  useful. Human resource can be a huge asset or a huge liability on an economy. For example in China where population is very high human resource is considered as an asset and that's why China is growing at a very faster pace than India on the other hand India which is also a very popular country and will surpass China in terms of population in few coming years sees it's human resources as a liability. If human resources are trained properly then many problems like poverty  unemployment and health problems can be eradicated. There are two factors that govern how good a human resource can be and there education and health. If a person is provided good education but he is often and unhealthy and can't do any productive work then he will be of no use and on the other hand if a person is very healthy but he has no knowledge of skills then he also can't contribute anything to the economy so we can call him useless for us. So in conclusion we can say that both knowledge and health are equally important and they are complementary to each other in order to create great human resource. Human resource is a very special kind of resource for a reason that humans can improve themselves which other resources can't full stop for example and knowledge and we useful for and we useful for the economy.
