Hi everyone!! In one of my previous blogs I shared the steps which will help you to become a self-taught digital marketer and it got a lot of views and comments for which I am really grateful to all of you. Please keep showering your love and support on me like this. It really motivates me to do better and helps me to improve. So, keeping in mind that how much you all liked that post, today I have come up with a similar post in which I will be telling you how to become a business analyst. Don't worry I am not going to make you do a lot of courses and spend money. I will be simply sharing you the ways through which you can develop your skill set and become ready for this job position. Some important things that I want all of you to know about this post is that it is totally skill- based. You can be from any background to do it, it doesn't matters whether you are from arts, science or commerce. However, commerce and science students have some advantage but that doesn't means that humanities students you start loosing you your heart. Since it's a job which is a combination of management, data analytics and corporate so it gives a lot of advantage to commerce students at large and even B. Tech students get some advantage but at the end of the day you need to be a skillful person. So, now without wasting your time let me directly discuss the steps and the skills you require to enter this field.

Let's begin

1.Graduation: You can do your graduation in any field like b. com, BBA, BMC etc. These courses will prepare you well for this role. However, you can still apply for it, if you are graduated from some other field. You can also do an MBA Or a post graduate diploma in business analytics to get higher positions.

2.Soft skills:Soft skills such as communication, managing people, strategizing etc are really important for this post.

3.Technical skills :Technical skills such as SQL, MYSQL, Python, Tableau ,software testing and Ms office skills like excel are really important for this position.

These skills are not that difficult to learn. You can take some time out of your schedule and manage them with your college studies. If you are determined then nothing can stop you from accomplishing your goals.

I hope you liked this post. Please like, share and follow for more.
