Hey Over-thinker!

It is such an endless topic just like our thoughts. our mind always wander and questions everything we came across in our daily life, that why is this thing like this or what was the reason of it to be like this. 

Everything has its own negative and positive impact. thinking and over-thinking has the same. we all think about our future, past or present, which is a common tendency of humans to do. it is referred to as a positive thinking. but to overthink is something not seems to be very positive or can give us negative vibes.

today, if we see carefully we will see that everyone is running behind money. someone wants to buy a new house, or a new sports car. they think that attaining all these luxuries would give them happiness and peace. some of you will disagree and some will agree while reading this. but for me its the harsh reality of today. we need to understand that taking tensions and stress and then living in such a lifestyle would give you satisfaction that you have done something in your life, but it can't give you inner peace. people dealing with anxiety or overthinking, god knows! how many times they sit in the dark room or sometimes cry alone in bathroom worrying about their life. they fight with themselves, which is not the solution. instead of doing the above thing, one should learn to love oneself. sit and talk with their fellow mates or family members. we should listen to their advice and it is worth all as we will is somewhere happy.. 

so, these are some tips to deal with this type of feeling:

1] Go to somewhere open where you can feel nature near you.

2] close your eyes and take a deep breathe! and just say to yourself that “everything will gonna be okay”.

3] Go and eat your favorite food. it will calm your mind.

4] Trust me this is worth all! no matter how old you are , go and watch your favorite cartoon. and if you are not a fan of it, just watch any show that you love.Don't think too much about it. everything will gonna be okay. let all this chaos happening in your mind attain some peace.

I know it's not that easy to do so by our wish, but:

        IF YOU THINK IT YOU WILL RUIN IT,

        AND IF YOU NOT GONNA RETHINK IT,

         YOU WILL DEFINITELY KILL IT!
