Brain dumb is a technique used to manage anxiety and overthinking. It is the simplest way to get rid of all the unnecessary thoughts out of your brain.
There are various methods to brain dumb. Following are the few approaches.
This is just writing your thoughts right after you woke up. Write everything that comes in your mind without thinking deeply. Don't think to make any sense while writing. Just write everything that pops up in your mind. This helps your brain to relax because it no longer has to remind you about the problem because you already have recognised it.
Divide the page into four coloumns using a horizontal and a vertical line and give 4 titles to each box. Thoughts, To Do, Gratitude and Top 3 priorities.
This is a technique to reflect yourself based on things you have done and you haven't done in a week. Think of the things that you are not accomplised. Leave the list on your desk and consider it as your new goals to be achieved. Then find the problems and solutions to it. Now pick a day to go through your list and resolve each item. For example, write a brain dumb in a weekend, say saturday and then select monday to tackle it
This is written like a letter to the God. List every goals and problems you need to figure out and pray it to God. This will help you to find peace and feel a sense of resolve.
