Hey ππ» guys I'm π after long time to my favourite work , writing a blog after long time and excited βΊοΈ though , I was searching for a topic then I thought of writing a recipe blog which I recently tried and loved it.
So recently I was scrolling Instagram then I saw a good recipe π of a kacchi Kerry chatni which I tried and really loved it. It was easy to make and a simple delish in summer season as it's the time of this fresh raw mangoes so why not taste it in different forms although I love simple kacchi Kerry with sath and red chilli powder mix it reminds of my childhood memories like how we used to steal raw mangoes from huge trees by pelting stones and enjoying it with friends that was a real pleasure of summer season.
I miss this a lot π although we can't do this now but we can try out this tangy fruit with a tangy twist .
So let's get started
Ingredients
Normally we make chutney by grinding them in a mixer jar which makes it in purey or paste form but in the video it was coarsely grinded and made in the grinder which is commonly used now a days , let me show you the pictures π
With the help of this a coarsely made chutney was made and surely this was a delicious one as I live in hostel and this is easy to use thing which can be stored and used in no less time .
So I added them all and started working of grinding by pulling the rope of grinder towards me in fast direction which made it easy to chop and it form a coarsely grinded paste.
Tip - if you don't have dried chilli then use green chillies in more amount. That to taste delish.
We enjoyed this chutney with Paratha , chilla and chips or nachos too. As it can be stored easily and doesn't have a runny consistency.
So do try guys and let me know if you guys will try it in comments section π.
Will meet in next blog till the bye ππ»βΊοΈ take care.
