 You want to be calm or be in a healthy environment?  To be positive in every situation ? So you are at a good place.

It's Very important to stay positive in every situation to calm yourself from mental and physical issues .

Their are some ways to be positive .

  1. Read books ๐Ÿ“–๐Ÿ“š
  1. Reading is beneficial  for an individual it can help in many ways it can increase your knowledge and also it can calm your mind. Reading a good thing keeps your mind calm it is like a medication to your body . Even a if anyone is suffering from insomnia ( who can't sleep in night ) can try reading A scientific study says that if you read a book or something for 30 minutes before going to sleep it can help to sleep good an d easily sleep.   So start a healthy reading in your lifestyle .

 2 . Care yourself ( self care ) ๐Ÿ’†

Self care is the individual practise of health management without the aid of a medical professional.[1] In health care, self-care is any human regulatory function which is under individual control, deliberate and self-initiated, for the purpose of the maintenance of health and wellbeing.[1] It can additionally be described as the "practice of activities that an individual initiates and performs on their own behalf in maintaining life, health, and well-being.โ€ [2
  2. In today's busy word every one is trying to earn money which is good  but they forget to care for their self
  3. Which is not good self care is is  very important if you cannot love yourself than you can't love any other so if you want to love anyone firstly love yourself take some time to care yourself care for your body . Take some time for your self .

  • 3  Stay away from negative people 

The very important thing to stay positive is to keep a distance from negative people the people who are demotivating you . They are very toxic they are trying to push you down whenever you try to rise up . So keep away from negative people and try to be in touch with good people who actually care for yourself and give you the right direction Never lose that people who are with tou when no one is their for you .

4 . Give yourself some time (# Me time) 

  1. We have time for every thing. But we don't have time for ourselves many people don't know about  herself / himself properly so try to take some time for yourself in a day not much time but just 15-20 minutes and do what you want to do in which your are interested which you cannot do because of busy schedule it will boost your body and strengthen you So try to take some time for yourself

 5 . Do what makes you happy ๐Ÿ˜Š

  1. In daily life their are many things which makes you  sad Thier are many ups and downs in everyones life o try to be happy in every situation.
