𝘼 𝙈𝙖𝙜𝙞𝙘𝙖𝙡 𝙗𝙧𝙚𝙖𝙩𝙝𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝙚𝙭𝙚𝙧𝙘𝙞𝙨𝙚 𝙩𝙤 𝙜𝙚𝙩 𝙖 𝙎𝙣𝙖𝙩𝙘𝙝𝙚𝙙 𝙒𝙖𝙞𝙨𝙩.

It doesn't matter whether we're lean or a bit thick or a thick chic. What all girls out there want IS A TINY SNATCHED WAIST!!! I'm here for you girls and yeah for those couch potatoes too. I found out a 100% working magical exercise we all are going to love. I'm not keeping it suspense any longer, the exercise we're going to know about is called VACUUMS.

WHAT IS IT? 

It is a breathing exercise that targets our abs. To be very specific and precise it targets the transverse abdominal muscle.

 This muscle lies behind your six-pack (rectus abdomen ). The transverse ab muscles help to define the sides of our abs and the other set of ab muscles define our center abs. Well, this information is enough for us to grab the opportunity to trim our waistline.

This exercise is very easy to do and can be done anywhere, with no equipment needed. Do it while you're sitting, standing, simply lying on the bed, sofa, table... I hope you got my point. The main thing that has to be performed is to suck your belly button (your naval) to your spine.

SO THIS IS HOW WE DO IT

1) If you're sitting, sit with your back straight.

2) If you're standing, stand with your back straight, hands on the sides of your hips.

3) If you're lying down, Lie face up on the floor, with your knees bent and feet flat on the ground.

Now breathe in (you may take a deep breath) and then breathe out, start pushing air out of your lungs and pulling in the stomach (belly button) towards your spine as hard as you can. Try to keep this position for 10 seconds. Take a 10-15 sec rest and repeat. Do this at least 5 times.

If you're able to hold for 15-20 seconds 4 reps (repetitions) are enough. Initially, you'll find it a little hard. But the second day when you'll repeat, you will feel your muscles working, that a certain pressure is being applied on them. Once you start doing it every day you'll see you will be able to hold for longer. Staying consistent and doing it 2-3 times a day without following any other ab exercise, you will start seeing results within 7 days. The results will never let you stop... You will feel amazing and within a month you have a tiny waist (feeling blessed sound in the bg). This works and you can see it from the cover picture because I tried it and I'm presenting you my results.
