Nowadays our life is becoming so much chaotic and hectic that stress has become like routine to our daily lives and we are normalizing it and not taking awareness against it that has to be taken now coz stress is not just gonna rule over your mind but as well as it will gonna affect your health and will deplete your body slowly slowly its like slow poison you will not see that coming but deep down we all know how much destruction it can cause to us. Managing stress and its outcome should be our lifestyle and routine to follow day to day.

 Let's see how stress compresess out health and slowly depletes it.

If you're constantly under stress, you can have physical symptoms, such as headaches, an upset stomach, high blood pressure, chest pain, and problems with sex and sleep. Stress can also lead to emotional problems, depression, panic attacks, or other forms of anxiety and worry.

Stress can have serious health implications, increasing the risk of cardiovascular disease and exacerbating medical conditions such as asthma, diabetes, and hypertension. Stress is unavoidable, but learning to manage it effectively is critical. Stress is a fact of life and can affect individuals in a variety of ways.

Stress can also affects our body in physical way .how? Your heart sounds faster,muscle tighten,blood pressure rises,breath quickens and your  senses become sharper. It can also have an impact on heart leading to cardiovascular disease, high blood pressure, diabetes, headache, skin conditions,arthritis, depression and anxiety. 

There are many ways to relieve stress :exercise, consider supplements, light a candle and observe it and relieve your thoughts, laugh out ,spend time with your partner ,parents and frnds and let them know how you feel,you can also cut out more caffeine form you daily routine,you can write down your thoughts and let your emotions channel through your writing, you can also chew gum .

Get active. Virtually any form of physical activity can act as a stress reliever. Even if you're not an athlete or you're out of shape, exercise can still be a good stress reliever. Physical activity can pump up your feel-good endorphins and other natural neural chemicals that enhance your sense of well-being.

Your presence matters keep that in mind and be stress free ,live for every moment you have in your life .
