10. Dental Habits To Have Marvellous Teeth. (Trust Me I Am Dentist)😁

People are going crazy over cosmetic dentistry and making there teeth look marvellous with tons of treatment and arranging sittings with their dentist . But what they don't know is they can completely avoid going to dentist for heavy and expensive treatment and make their teeth look flawless even in no time.  Being in a dentistry field I learned mang easy ways to protect and save your teeth with some good little time and avoiding bad things to your teeth . Let me give you 10 most important points for flawless and terrific teeth.

1.brush at least twice a day :

If you can brush after every meal, for 2 mins and with soft bristle brush. 

2.Floss atleast once a day :

Floss helps in cleaning between teeth where your toothbrush cant reach, use a good company for that.

3.change your toothbrush often :

Get a new toothbrush or a new replacement for your electric toothbrush every 3 months .

4.brush your tounge too:

Use a tongue scraper it helps in get rid of bacteria and bad breath.

5.skip sweets:

Avoid regular intake of food that contain large amoung of sugar.

6.choose the right toothpaste:

Brush with good flouride content and get rid off plaque and have amazing white and healthy teeth.

7. Rinse with a flouride mouthwash :

With brushing and flossing add fluoride containing mouthwash and use as per directions on the bottle.

8. Eat a balanced diet:

Skin snacks between big meals,add more fibre and less sticky food.

9. Dont smoke or use smokeless tobacco:

Tobacco stains teeth and significantly raises cases of gum disease and oral cancer. If you smoke or have habit of chewing tobacco QUIT. Also avoid tea,coffee,red wine and other beverages that can stain your teeth.

10. Visit your dentist:

Its imp to do regular visits and functionally cleanings. Visit your dentist atleast once in six months for oral diagnosis and check up, you can also go and visit you doctor for bad breath, gum bleeding ,or any kind of toothache.

This are just simple steps for your betterment and oral hygiene.  Many People take in a light way because they think that visiting your dentist and paying expensive bill is okay but not paying attention to oral hygiene . Even a slightest disorder or any disease in your oral cavity its difficult to get nutrition and good health . Why? Because if you cant eat good food and swallow it you cant get any nutrition and not getting nutrition will ultimately affect on health.
