The site of Lord Shiva's hands falling in the form of the bull is believed to be Tungnath, which is about a thousand years old. While making the walk to Chandrashila, you cannot miss the temple, which stands out as one of Chopta Valley's major attractions.

After the devastating flash floods of June 2013, tourists are reluctant to book trips to Uttarakhand's highlands during the monsoon season. Yet, hey!
