Tips To Overcome Depression During Lock-down

Although some countries are still under lock-down while others uplifted lock-down but still most of the peoples are struck in their homes without getting back to jobs nor they probably lost their jobs due to the pandemic. During these days,it's important to follow certain routines to keep yourself away from falling into depression.

Here are some points to keep yourself strong throughout the pandemic:

1.Be Positive

    Most of the people,when they face a pandemic or disaster,they almost lose all hope. This is actually not the right decision for life. We should always remain in a situation which will give us hope. The most important thing to remember here is to keep indulged with people,day to day routines and not to remain alone which will probably give you negative thoughts.

2.Move or Walk Around

    Walk around means to travel within the boundary and not outside it. In other words,we should walk within the home or backyard instead of going beyond it. Walking will keep yourself active and avoid laziness. Sitting at one place and thinking about the pandemic will give your more worry.
 

3.Exercise or Play your Favorite Game

    Keeping yourself exercised at least once a day will help your body with continuous blood circulation. These acts are meant to keep yourself active and stay strong throughout the day. At the same time,keep yourself hydrated whenever you lose energy. Avoid playing video games too much as anything beyond the limit is hazard for health.
 

4.Stay Connected with your Friends & Family

    Keep yourself connected with best ones of your life. The best about it is that you won't feel depressed or stressed when you're with them. You never know how the time passed.
 

5.Focus on Work From Home Jobs

    The Internet is filled with lot of jobs. Go for only that which will give you income from your knowledge or experience (I will share some genuine sites if anyone is in need). As you might do the work from your phone/desktop, remember to take a break instead sitting too long.

6.Keep Praying

    During the pandemic, prayer is the only key if you need a change. No matters how many mistakes you might have done in your life. Take this as an opportunity and make bond between you and God stronger. Everything is Temporary. Nothing is Permanent. Just Nothing!
