In our busy lives the most difficult thing is to keep ourselves hydrated that cause dull skin tone and pale skin …….People use different types of products and remedies to make their skin glowing but what they actually forget to do is hydrating their body ……so let's talk about how can we keep our body hydrated in day to day life.

As we know , Water helps our body to stay hydrated and gives us glowing skin. But , does water contain all the essential minerals that clean our body ? And the answer is “NO”……Water single handedly doesn't contain all minerals that clean our body and remove intoxicated waste through it. For this, we need some lemons in our life …..Yes, you are hearing it right Lemons are good for our body……Lemons can be used to treat your acne ,also in improving your uneven skin tone ……on outer body like on our skin ,lemon works as a natural bleach and people use it in different ways to clear their dark skin ……lemon are also use to remove tanning from your body…..but most importantly lemon improvise our body function when we have it and we can have it in different ways like in salad ,in curry or as a lemonade…..to make a lemonade ……we need some lemons ,black salt, sugar , water and some ice cubes……You just need these basic things to clean up your intoxicated body …….Lemonade contains all those minerals which purifies our body …..So let's know how can we make this lemonade:

Recipe To Make Lemonade At Home :

  • First , Take a litre of water in a jar.
  • Cut the lemon into two ,throw out the seeds by squeezing the lemon or you can use a knife and squeeze thse lemons out into the jar.( use 2 to 3 lemons in per litre)
  • Put half tea spoon black salt in it and one table spoon sugar or you can put sugar according to taste.
  • Stir them well.
  • put ice cubes in it and your lemonade is ready .you can also garnish your lemonade with basil and mints.
