Make Healthy Day With Me.

Hello, friends I am here to share healthy food for one day with simple. Food like salad,sweets, sandwiches and some chat items.

Let make Breakfast for children's or who may not able to make food quickly at morning this blog is more useful for them or hostel students who can not able to make food themselves, (lazy people like meπŸ˜…πŸ€­πŸƒ sorry sorry don't πŸ‘Ώ)

One banana ,Boiled egg,Mashed dalls, one apple, milk from these we get required energy and Nutritions 

We get pottasium from banana.

Proteins in egg and dalls.

Calcium from milk.

Some fibers from apple.

Now let's do afternoon lunch.

Take a cooker place glass of rice and keep it for 15-20 minutes to soak the rice with water.  After 15 minutes wash the rice with water for three times by your hands shaking Like clockwise and anti clock wise. After washing. Close the lid of cooker top tightly make sure onces more that we closed properly. After that make it to place in induction stove, gass stove or any other things which you used in your home to cook. After few minutes to become cooked and it will calls you by 2-3 whistle (don't be anger on that just for fun🀭). Live it for ten to fifteen minutes let it be cool.

Now we  going to make simple mixture for it.

Take pan or kadai pour some oil.

Oil like peanut oil, olive oil, gold pressed oil till it heat.

After heating put some mustard ,curry leaves mix them. Add some chopped onion on it and chopped half green chilli, half spoon of chilli powder, pepper,salt,garam masala, coriander powder, cumin powder, ginger garlic paste and finally and veg bread (meen maker) or any other vegetables like potato, capsicum etc  before adding this put them on hot water for 2 minutes then add on pan mix them. Pour some water half glass it becomes gravy turn off the flam.

Take a bowl put white rice required amount and add the mixture make it mix. And finally pack into the lunch box and take one boiled egg.

Now evening snacks.

Veg salad

Make one onion,one Tomato,one capsicum,one carrot,one cucumber,half mango and salt chat masala if needed for taste. Mix them and eat yummy πŸ˜‹.

Let's do dinner:-

As usual make 2-3 idly,dosa, chapathi and some Dall sambar and chatney.

Avoid heavy dinner at night because it may trouble us πŸ€§πŸ€•.
