Hi Guys ! ! ! I am again with my new blog which is about Tea. Tea is mostly not good for health but not every teas. Some teas are good for our health. So, in this blog we are going to see the teas which are all good for our health. Let we start the blog . . .

Rose Hip Tea

Rose tea is a pseudo - fruits of rose plants these are found below the rose petals. This is fruits and its looks very small and round in shape which in red or orange skin. The benefits of Rose Hip teas are rich in antioxidants, vitamin A, C and E and it also boost our immunity. The best way to loss weight is drinking of Rose Hip tea.

Hibiscus Tea

Boling Hibiscus in a water for a while to make a Hibiscus tea and also it is an herbal made form dried parts of the hibiscus plant. The health benefits of this Hibiscus is may lead to weight loss and for high blood pressure, cholesterol can consume this tea to lower their levels. It also helps to fight with bacteria infections over the body.

Cardamom Tea

It is an aromatic spice with a sweet flavor and gives a refreshing feeling. The health benefits of Cardamom is used to digest aid to acidity in the stomach. It is used to quit smoking when we drink the cardamom tea. 

Green Tea

Well, this is known by many of the people. It is an unoxidized leaves and thus is the least processed. Mostly the green tea was used by china and japan because it has a multiple health benefits. It enrich the antioxidants and cure from the cancer. Having an cup of Green Tea is reduces the weight within a short period of days. It also reduces stoke.

Tulsi Tea

Tulsi teas is a holy basil and it is an Ayurveda. People are mostly use of the chewing the tulsi it has a many health benefits over the body. By drinking Tulsi tea it reduces the depression, stress and anxiety over our mind. It also prevent respiratory disorders and helps to cure asthma diseases. By chewing it fought for germs in our mouth.

Black Tea

Black is good for health and also it has a low calorie it contains caffeine. The benefits are reduces the blood pressures and stroke. It is a non sweetened so it reduces the sugar levels.
