Hi my dear friends, Hope you and your family members fine and good. Today we are going to see about how to get rid of your dark circles over your eyes. Every one facing this problems especially girls. To avoid that we wants to follow some tips over here. Lets start the blog..

Even I am facing this problem, in my school days I used to study at late nights and early morning. So, I haven't time to sleep at night I just sleep 4 to 5 hours only. Then I used to get treatment for that and I used many home remedies and now I am using UV protecting specs. Now it is better for me. you guys wants to know about this so, that I will some tips for that.

First tip, you wants to sleep well. A human being wants to sleep at least 7 or 8 hours approximately. Due to lack of sleep every one suffering from the dark circles. If you sleep well and drink more waters regularly you won't affect from any of these problems.

Second tip, if you are facing this problem, “I am sleeping well but also I get dark circles over my eyes”.  It is due to your work or may some others over any electronic device. If you are using laptop, mobile phone, tab etc… you many cause dark circles. To avoid that and wants to protect your eyes means you wants to wear a UV protecting spectacles. If you use this UV protecting spectacles it will not affect your eyes and to get rid of the dark circles. These solution is used for IT based workers and using 24*7  mobile users. Some may play games and anytime they may addict over it. They use theirs phone very closely to their eyes because of concentrating to win in the games this type of peoples wants to wear this UV protecting glass to avoid any type of eye affects. Console with our doctors and use the UV protecting Specs it is very useful for us.

Third tip, We may use some home remedies to avoid the dark circles. There are many home remedies available in YouTube. You may prefer that and following that tips regularly it has a chance to get rid of the dark circles. 

And my last tip is take a treatment over a skin specialist doctors. It may help some people to get rid of it. If you guys do these any of the tips to avoid dark circles.
