Stress is a feeling which we all experienced and we are challenged for overwhelmed. Stress is not only the emotions but also it is a hard and wired physical responses that will travels throughout the entire body. Short term stresses can be advantageous but when it gets to the peak or activated too often or too long it will leads you to primitive fights or fights stress response not only changes the brain but it also damages many of the other organs and cells throughout the body. The adrenal gland releases the stress hormones, cortisol, epinephrine, also known as adrenaline and norepinephrine as these hormones are travel through the blood stream then it will easily reach the blood vessels and heart.
Adrenaline causes the heart beat heavy and quicker raises the pulse over the haul making hyper tension due to these progressions which will leads to the affects of stokes and sometime will leads to death. When our mind gets out the stress it enacts the programmed nerve framework through the nerve associations. The stress also influence the cells in an assortment ways. So the stress causes the types of changes that are physical emotions, or psychological strains. The way to response the stress makes a big difference to our overall well being. It also may cause your energy low, head pains. stomach upsets etc . . .

We might need to control our constant stress which is related to the telomers, the shoelace tip it will vanish the chromosomes which will estimate a cells age to permit the DNA to get separated without harms any cells. At the stress point it will turns out to be short and that can't be separated.
