Hey guys. . . After a long days, I am back with my new blog today.

The skin condition in people between the ages of 12 and 24 is commonly affected by a condition called acne. Determining the cause of acne is difficult. However, excessive secretion from the sebaceous glands is believed to be responsible for most  outbreaks. sebaceous units are a combination of hair follicles and sebaceous glands in the skin. Sebaceous units are found in skin tissue all over the body, not just on the surface of the palms and soles of the feet. The sebaceous glands are responsible for secreting an oily substance called sebum, but  many factors (such as hormonal imbalances, stress, and the natural state of the skin) can cause the sebaceous glands to produce more oil than normal. There is a nature. There is In this case, excess sebum clogs the skin pores. This process causes a bacterial infection and stimulates an immune system response. Eventually, acne inflammation occurs.
Acne can affect all skin types. Oily skin types are prone to acne. Dry skin, on the other hand, isn't as sensitive, but it can cause severe acne in the winter.Yes. It cannot be cured completely at present, but it can be corrected with many acne skin care strategies. Many people turn to topical medications that are applied to the surface of the skin for help. However, while using acne skin care products like "pore strips" can help clear blackheads and pimples, they won't do any good for the excess sebum that is produced. Recommended.
1. You should eat a healthy, balanced diet. Therefore, your dietary intake should contain all the essential nutrients your body needs to function effectively.
2. Drink plenty of fluids, such as water and juices. Minimize your intake of carbonated beverages.
3. Makeup is not recommended.
4. Wash your face with a mild soap and water. The logic is not to remove impurities (as most acne sufferers know), but to unclog skin pores, which can be a combination of dead skin cells, bacteria, and hardened sebum. Dirt is not the actual cause of acne, but it can contribute to further infection by interacting with skin debris and particles and excess oil on the skin.
5. To remove excess sebum: Use a topical cleansing pad containing one or a combination of  salicylic acid, sulfur, and benzoyl peroxide. Another way to minimize  excess oil on your skin is to wash your face with the hottest water possible.
6. Minimize the use of harsh cleansers and use gentle exfoliating acne skin care products. Do not rub the affected area strongly.
7. Don't touch your face if your hands are dirty.
8 If you have long hair, tie it  away from your face. This is especially true in bad weather.
