Hi guys . . . Hope you are all fine with your family members. Today I am going to share you about the format of the perfect letter. We all know how to write a letter but this is for purpose of formats.
Letter means conveying a messages through post from one person to another person. But, now-a-days most of us not conveying a message via a mails because technology has growing day by day. But in some schools colleges or companies purpose are usually expecting us to write our own letter. In this blog we can see how to write a letter in a correct format. Let's start . . .
STEP 1
SENDER'S DETAIL:
Unlike in formal letters the first step, we wants to give the sender's detail which means sender's name, address and date alone at the top of the letter.

RECEIVER'S DETAIL
In step 2, we wants to give receiver's detail - receiver's name and address. This format is for formal letters. If you wants to write the letter for your friends you can skip this step 2 and continue the step 3.

COMPOSE A GREETING
In step 3, We can begins the letter with a greeting in both formal and informal letters. In formal, you can use the first name of the recipient or greet them as sir/madam before that we can use Dear/Respected. In informal, we can use our own greeting as per our wish.

SUBJECT OF THE LETTER
in step 4, write a subject of your letter which means the content of the letter regarding to which subject that you are going to write now or βwhat's the letter is about ? β

STEP 5
BODY OR CONTENT OF THE LETTER
We can divide this content into three parts,
Introduction - In this, you can write the purpose of the letter. In unformal we can enquire their welfare or health.
Main content - In both formal and informal, we wants to convey here all the necessary information in a detail.
Summary - In both, We wants to conclude or summarizes our information which we provided.
For Example,
STEP 6
CLOSING THE LETTER
In this step, We can complimentary conclude by writing yours Obediently or Faithfully or Sincerely and followed by designate the letter by name and signature.
