Hi everyone ! ! ! Today October 2 we all know this was the day were Gandhiji was born and the day was called as Gandhi Jayanti which was the our 3rd national festival for remembering his sacrifice, peace and non violence. I am here today to speak a few words about Mahatma Gandhiji. Let we start the blog,
Mahatma Gandhi, his full name is Mohandas Karam Chand Gandhi who was added the name mahatma due to their work and he was born on 2 October, 1869 in Porbandoar, Gujarat State. He was one of the biggest and great patriotic person in India and he is the “FATHER OF THE NATION” and people lovingly called him as BAPU or FATHER.
Kasturba Gandhi was his wife and they had four sons. Gandhiji, after completing the matriculation he studied law from the university of London and then he returned to India in 1893 as a barrister and took part in the struggle for freedom and he was imprisoned for several times for freedom of his nation. He believes that the education is the most powerful weapon in this world for the new generation to achieve fundamental goals and rights.
Mahatma Gandhi was once said,
“The future depends on what you do today”, we can't predict our future but we can take a step today.
Under Gandhiji and many freedom fighters guidance we got freedom on 15th August 1947. Truth non violence and ahimsa were the guiding principles of his life and to fight against British rule. Mahatma Gandhi was assassinated by Nathuram Godse on 30th January 1948. He also fought for Satyagraha so he was the great and powerful leader of India. People from all the religious loved and respected him.
He was insulted and tortured by his color by many British people so, he also fought for treating bad of a black man means Indians. In 1921, he started to use dhoti and a shawl woven with yarn by using hand. The chakra wheel in the Indian flag indicates the sign of India's rural poor. Many people get influenced by gandhiji for his freedom struggle.
Every year October 2 is feasted at Raj Ghat in New Delhi. The life style was very simple for him. Words is not enough to explain Gandhi's sacrifices and values. I conclude by,
