Hi Guys . . . I am again with my third blog today. So, in this blog I am going to say the preparation of bread samosa recipe. I tried this recipe and it comes out very nice and yummy and tasty so you guys always wants to try this tasty recipe in your house. Lets starts our preparation . . .

Samosa Stuffing
Step 1 _ Take two potato's in a cooker add some water and boil it then mash it well with masher.
Step 2 _ Take a pan and heat it then add 2tbsp of oil, cumin, ginger finely chopped, green chilli stir it well.
Step 3 _ Add a half an cup of peas and saute for one min till the peas gets soft.
Step 4 _ After peas gets soft pour some crushed coriander, fennel powder, red chilli powder, garam masala, amchur (dry mango) at last salt to taste and saute it with low flame.
Step 5 _ Pour the boiled potato into it, mix well with the masala's without over mashing.
Step 6 _ After masala flavor observed in potato add some coriander leaves which was finely chopped and mix well.
Samosa Stuffing is ready . . .
Lets prepare Samosa :
Step 1 _ Take a bread [white or brown]
NOTE: Don't take a soft and sweet bread because it may broke while doing samosa shape.
Step 2 _ Cut the edges of the breads.
Step 3 _ Roll the bread with chappathi roller into thin layer.
Step 4 _ cut it into an triangle shape and trim the edges.
Step 5 _ Take a bowl, add some maida with 2tbsp of water and mix it well into a think paste without any lumps.
Step 6 _ Make cone the bread into samosa shape using the think paste of maida.
Step 7 _ Add that prepared stuffing of 1tbsp and fold the bread with the help of thick paste.
Step 8 _ Then deep fry the stuffed samosa until the breads become golden brown.
Our crispy and tasty samosa is ready. Serve with some tomato sauce.
