Fitness what is a fitness . Have you ever thought how can we move to a healthy life . The best way is fitness . The exercise and the caring keeps body to a level of healthy life. 

Exercise are the best way to fit a body with a stamina and full of  joy.Helps to do work in the need of any problems . 

I will show you the best exercises which keeps the body active and healthy that a person wants to become for his life.

Exercises :-

There are many exercises which can help us to make  well and a fit body. 

All should be aware of the exercises they should do daily .

A person cn never be fit without exercise.  

The running, swimming, dancing, jumping, sleeping, walking, etc are also known to be the exercise.

The push ups the best way of exercise and to keep body healthy we shall be the one who can do this .

Pushups help to increase the chest level and also reduces the belly. 

It can be the way to make out the packs for boys .

Even girls are the best trainers in these exercise . 

Hanging up and down I n the mean of the mind is more easier to think but a hard way to do . 

Not all are edigible to do this but who can do this should do this.

Success makes the man perfect is also the great thought not only for man but also for women .

If a person do exercises with a time to time then the person can be healthy from all the need like heart problem liver etc.

The best time to do exercises is the time in the great morning at least a person should do it for more than 15 min. 

Not only doing exercises but also drinking water with time to time in the morning before doing work first thing is to drink water .

Wake up early in the morning and start doing exercises if someone wants to increase height then do stretched exercises and do pull ups and push ups daily .

Exercise strengthens your heart and improves your circulation. The increased blood flow raises the oxygen levels in your body. This helps lower your risk of heart diseases such as high cholesterol, coronary artery disease, and heart attack. Regular exercise can also lower your blood pressure and triglyceride levels.

Crunching walking skipping and many others used to reduce Bally fat .
