Here I bought a easy and tasty tip for weight loss…

Recipe:

Take a pan and heat it in low flame and and add some peanuts and fry them until they become crunchy.

Then fry some sunflower seeds in the same pan after peanuts.

Add some almonds ,pista,  now and fry until they become crunchy.

Now add sesame seeds and fry them until they start to pop.

Add some pumpkin seeds and also fry these .

Let everything cool down and make all of them in to a course powder and add them into a bowl and mix them to become a mixture of these pulses.

Now add dry coconut and fry in the same pan until they become aromatic. Now add dates, Anjeer if available and mix them .

Now put an other bowl and add jaggery  and water and cook it until it completely melts in  a medium flame. Cook until it become  a string consistency.

And add these powder slowly into the jaggery syrup and and mix it until it becomes a fine paste.

Now turn off the stove and let it cool down a little and now make them into laddoos of any size of your wish.

Store them in any jar and take a laddo everyday and here you go with the sweet and healthy laddos for weight loss.

Uses:

As we know peanuts are rich in fiber, protein and healthy fats which can help you to prevent from overeating.

sesame seeds are excellent source of protein which helps increase your metabolic rate and curbs hunger and avoids excessive calorie consumption and aiding weight loss. They also help in maintain muscles.

Pistas are great source of healthy fats and proteins, fats, fibers, antioxidants, and various nutrients, including vitamin B6 and thiamin. Their health effects may include weight loss benefits ,lower cholesterol and blood sugar, and improve gut, eye, and blood vessel health.

Almonds has high levels of protein and fiber and low levels of carbohydrates that curbs your appetite and does not keep you craving for long. This also helps in reducing the number of calories on a daily bases.

Sunflower seeds are rich in nutrients that may help support weight loss, protein ,fat ,and fiber are especially filling.

The high fiber content of coconut meat can boost fullness ,which may help prevent overeating.

Pumpkin seeds are rich in fiber, protein, and unsaturated fatty acids, which can play a supportive role in healthy weight loss and maintenance.
