Take one or two egg for three person.cut the onion into small small piece.cut the green chilli into small pieces.take a bowl add onion and green chilli and crack two egg into the bowl .take a beat the eggs with fork or blender and mix all well.we have to do mayonnaise for this bread omelette receipe.first take one egg and one small glass of gold winner refined oil or fourtune sunflower oil.Take one bowl crack one egg into the bowl. One piece of garlic crushed and pepper Add some salt and lite bite of sugar. Add small small quantity of gold winner refined oil and blend and countinue the same process and it's came creamy that's it. If want red mayonnaise you can add tomato ketchup. switch on the stove in medium flame take a tawa and pore some oil and place the cut bread slice put that egg mix in centre of the bread slice and close the square we already cut and have in centre.in bread upside add mayonnaise and turn the other side and add some more mayonnaise that's it we done our bread omelette.its healthy and tastyπŸ˜‹ good for morning breakfast and evening snacks😊
