                                          ARE YOU DEPRESSED?

IN RECENT STUDY ,ABOUT 50% OF TODAY'S POPULATION DEALING WITH DEPRESSION...MORE THAN 264 MILLION PEOPLE OF ALL AGE GROUPS SUFFER FROM DEPRESSION . ACCORDING TO WHO (WORLD HEALTH ORGANISATION) DEPRESSION IS A COMMON MENTAL DISORDER. DEPRESSION IS COMMON ILLNESS   BUT ITS EFFECT IS SERIOUS .SOMETIMES IT LEADS TO SUICIDE.I AM NOT WRONG IF I SAID DEPRESSION IS A SLOW POISON AND WORST ENEMY OF HUMAN BEINGS....EVERYONE TALK  ABOUT DEPRESSION BUT NO ONE TALK ABOUT  HOW TO DEAL WITH IT...IS IT NOT POSSIBLE TO DEAL WITH DEPRESSION ? OR IT IS SHAMEFUL TO TALK ABOUT THE MENTAL ILLNESS WITH THE OTHERS ? WELL THE ANSWER IS "NO".....IF SOMETHING IS BOTHERING YOU,  GO AND TALK TO YOUR CLOSED ONCE...TELL THEM FROM WHICH MENTAL PRESSURE YOU ARE GOING THROUGH.. BECAUSE NO ONE EXACTLY KNOW WHAT CAUSE DEPRESSION.

" DEPRESSION IS THE DARKEST SIDE OF THE COLORFUL LIFE"

 When someone is depressed they usually have negative thought or view  about themselves......Another possible cause of depression that should not be overlooked is physical illness or medications. Glandular fever, influenza, hepatitis, thyroid hormones, anemia, diabetes, birth control pills, alcohol and other substances of abuse, or other medications such as those for heart or blood pressure conditions, may all cause symptoms of depression.

TAKING THE  FIRST STEP IS ALWAYS HARDEST  . I AM NOT SAYING THAT COPING WITH DEPRESSION IS EASY BUT IT TAKES TIME. THE KEY TO START IS GIVE TIME TO YOURSELF. DONT LET YOUR MIND TO THINK ANY NEGATIVE TAUGHT. PLEASE DON'T BECAUSE EVERY SINGLE NEGATIVE THOUGHT WILL  MAKE YOU WEAK EVERY DAY. NEGATIVE THOUGHT IS THE FIRST CAUSE OF DEPRESSION.SO THINK POSITIVE IN EVERY SITUATION OF YOUR LIFE.

 THESE SIMPLE SUGGESTIONS WILL HELP YOU A LOT TO DEAL WITH DEPRESSION  WITHOUT TAKING ANY MEDICATION OR TREATMENT.

HOW TO DEAL

•It is important for everyone to take depression seriously...the first thing  to do is open up about your problems  or fear which makes your life hell..talk about it with your closed once who can understand you ..may be they can make your life easy...or give you  the  best suggestion you are looking for..just by sharing your  problem it makes you feel much better.

•Secondly,  do meditation ..yes!add meditation in your routine..these days many doctors and yoga experts do believe that meditation is a better way to  reduce stress...just  by giving  your 10 to 15 mins  a day  will helps you a lot... there's no right or wrong way to meditate but do it regularly.

•Many study concluded that  vacation work to reduce stress . some scientific reasons prove that vacation is good for health also..sometime it is good to spend some time alone by removing yourself from people , place or a work place that associates with the stress and  anxiety..

 •What makes you feel happy? Ask yourself...Happiness protect your mind, Happiness protect your heart ..if your mind and heart is healthy it means you are healthy...Being happy may help in reduce the stress  level not only stress level but also many disease like blood pressure, diabetes etc..just doing little things to lift your mood can change your life .Do something nice for yourself ,just enjoy the  benefits of happiness..take a walk in nature,spend time with positive people ,try to learn something new, reading ,listen to the music., And if your dream is the only reason of your happiness then follow it ..yes just follow your dream don't think about the others. Remember "only you can give yourself a happy and stress free life".

•Physical activity is very important in today's hectic and busy lifestyle.

Exercise is a great stress buster. Start a day with the exercise..Many studies show that when we do some physical activity we produce brain-derived neurotrophic factor (BDNF) that promotes growth of neurons, especially in the memory regions of the brain. 

Many people are following these simple suggestions to cope with depression,but in  some cases it would be  better to take the therapist advice.
