First of all you have to collect this offer i.e. active

After this, by clicking on add to money, you have to add fifty thousand rupees to your paytm wallet, as soon as you add fifty thousand rupees to your wallet, you will receive a scratch card

In one of the scratch cards from which you will get 10000 points then you can simply transfer those points to the gift card balance
